1. Changes are occurring in Orgcaos Design Studio
We spent the last semester self-reflecting to understand on a deeper level who we are and what we want to do, but also how we want to do it. We questioned everything, studied extensively, and consulted professionals. Ah, and also during that process our team has grown a bit ✨ In other words, we have evolved. We have decided to use our skills, tools, and expertise for good. Orgcaos is transforming into a purpose-driven design studio, and we are focusing on doing what we truly love; design for impact. We believe that there are so many challenges facing the modern world, and the least we can do is use our tools to help make it a healthier place for everyone — or as many people as possible.
2. What does it mean to be a purpose-driven design studio?
In reality, nothing is really changing in terms of what we offer. We will continue to provide graphic design and multimedia design services, but what is changing is our client portfolio. We start prioritising clients with projects that are certified or aspiring B-Corps, non-profits and initiatives, organisations and businesses that align with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, with the aim of “peace and prosperity for people and the planet”. Additionally, we are focusing on projects within the art and culture sectors. In general, we are taking over projects with positive social and environmental impacts. We are working with clients whose actions benefit society and the planet, such as improving well-being, reducing environmental decline, and increasing social equity.
We want our current and future partners to feel that Orgcaos is a safer space for them and that our values and purpose are aligned. We have already committed to pledges like the Clean Creatives, which means we refuse to take on projects related to fossil fuel polluters. We are also active members of communities such as Creatives for Climate, which provides us with a strong network of like-minded creatives.

3. New mission statement, purpose, vision and values for better alignment
As mentioned before, we took some time for introspection and decided to redefine our purpose, vision, mission, and values. We’d like to give a special thanks to the Creative & Strategic Copywriter, Ermina Dimitriou, for her amazing collaboration and invaluable help throughout this process.
3.1 Our purpose
To help the change-makers voice reach the ears that should hear it. To use our creativity for a positive impact.
3.2 Our vision
To contribute in shaping a fully inclusive world that is a viable, sustainable, and safer space for all people.
3.3 Our mission
We will always use our design skills and expertise to foster inclusivity, advance diversity and promote sustainability. We will keep being bold, listen closely to our clients, and enhance our creativity by breaking the mold, and putting chaos into form.
3.4 Our values
Inclusivity, Authenticity, Curiosity, Kindness. We design for similar minded people and brands, we are driven by curiosity and passion, we respect ourselves and others, and we create authentic design outcomes.

4. Do you have experience with these types of clients?
Simply and confidently: absolutely.
We have already worked with clients in these categories, including non-profits such as Rainbow School in Greece and Vikerlased LGBT+ Choir in Estonia; purpose-driven companies like KÕU Group in Estonia; universities like Cyprus University of Technology; and other change-makers. We have volunteered in leadership positions in non-profits, participated in and designed workshops with social impact, and generally, these topics are close to our hearts. However, there is no magic formula or templates for our work. Our only guideline is the creative process, design thinking, research, our expertise in design and communication with our clients. Every project is unique, every client is different, and we treat them as such.

Conclusion
Orgcaos is entering a new phase. Self-reflection helped us realise who we are and how we want to use our skills and expertise. Supporting firms and organisations with design for impact, is the niche we have chosen to focus on, and we are very excited about the projects to come!
Let’s talk and make good together
