Ending the year with two wishes

Dear friends,

We often hear that these are difficult, frustrating and uncertain times. And they are.

But also, things have never been easy for everyone at once. What feels especially heavy now is how visible the contrast has become. During the holidays, some of us celebrate loudly and over-consuming, while next door someone waits for a paycheck just to eat. A few miles away, someone is searching for a bomb shelter. It’s awkward.

We truly believe that instead of focusing on “the good things” it’s more helpful to create good things. Or at least nudge things gently toward the better side of history. We believe this is one of the few meaningful things we can do as individuals.

And we have two wishes.

For Santa: For once, bring coal to the naughty ones, not money or power. Maybe they can use the warmth to soften their hearts.

For 2026: Glam this a bit. Give people the spark to start, or keep doing, good things.

Thank you for being part of our 2025, and believing that good design can move good people. Your presence means a lot to us.

We’re taking a short break until Monday 5th of January, to rest and reset.
