FAQs

Things you might be wondering (or not)

1. About Orgcaos

Do you only work with purpose-driven brands?

keyboard_arrow_down

Not exclusively. But if you’re into shady oil money or selling sadness in plastic bottles, we’ll probably ghost you. We prioritize certified or aspiring B-Corps, and businesses working toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We also collaborate with teams in the arts and culture sectors, and anyone focused on social or environmental good.

What’s “purpose-driven” supposed to mean?

keyboard_arrow_down

Glad you asked. For us, it means design that helps people and the planet, not just a bottom line. We work with brands that walk the walk, not just post the hashtag. No greenwashing. No pinkwashing. No purpose-flavoured marketing fluff. Just real impact, clear intentions, and work that does more than look nice on a pitch deck. Also, yes, we signed the Clean Creatives pledge. No fossil fuel clients, thank you very much.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

keyboard_arrow_down

Here’s a vibe check: You care about impact. You think good design matters. You want collaborators who listen (and actually give a damn). Sound familiar? Then yes, we’re probably gonna get along just fine.

Can I see examples of your past work?

keyboard_arrow_down

You sure can. We’ve worked with purpose-driven teams and brands, doing everything from branding to digital magic. Our projects (and some kind words from clients) live right over here.

So how do we start?

keyboard_arrow_down

Start by saying hi. Shoot us an email, fill out the form, or skip the formalities and book a call. Make sure to scroll through some case studies before. If it’s a match, we’ll put together a custom plan and move things along at the right pace. No weird agency energy, just honest design with a purpose.

 2. Services & Capabilities

What services does Orgcaos offer?

keyboard_arrow_down

We do branding and web design for people doing good things. The kind that makes people stop scrolling, think twice, or maybe feel a thing. Think bold visual identities, accessible websites, cool print, and the occasional campaign that makes the internet feel like it matters again. Yes, we have a whole page about this →

What does “branding” mean to you?

keyboard_arrow_down

We actually prefer the term “visual identity” over “branding,” because it better describes what it’s for. It isn’t just a logo or a trendy typeface, it’s the feeling people carry with them after they interact with you, even if they forget your name. We build visual identities that are thoughtful, flexible, and unmistakably you. Less trend-chasing, more meaning-making.

What if we already have a logo? Can you work with it?

keyboard_arrow_down

Absolutely. We often help clients build on what they already have. Whether it’s refreshing a logo, expanding it into a full visual system, or creating brand guidelines, we’ll keep what’s working and strengthen what isn’t. If we feel a full redesign is needed for your brand to be effective, we’ll be honest about it from the start, and we’ll guide you through that process with clarity and care.

What kind of websites do you design?

keyboard_arrow_down

We design websites that are fast, inclusive, and feel and look like you. From simple informational sites to multimedia experiences and e-commerce platforms, we tailor each site to your brand, your audience, and your mission. Every digital experience we build is accessible, responsive, and aligned with modern standards (and expectations).

Which platforms do you use to build a website?

keyboard_arrow_down

We use industry-standard tools to design and develop every site with care. For wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with clients in real time we work with Figma. When it comes to building, we choose the platform that best fits your needs, and goals. Our go-to is Webflow (for design flexibility, speed, and ease of use), but we also work with: Readymag, Wix Studio, Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress. Not sure which platform is right for you? We’re happy to help you figure it out. Let’s talk →.

3. Process & Collaboration

How does remote collaboration work with Orgcaos?

keyboard_arrow_down

We work remotely from Tartu, Estonia. That means no awkward hand-shakings, no long commutes, and yes, comfier pants. We use shared tools, clear communication, and timezone-friendly planning to keep things running smoother than your average Monday. (We love clients between UTC-0 and UTC-2. Everyone else, we still love you, but we might need more caffeine.)

What is your design process like?

keyboard_arrow_down

It goes something like this: Discovery (aka “what are we really doing here?”), Concept (where things start to look like things), and Delivery (where it all comes together and gets launched into the world). You’re involved the whole way. Because well, it’s your thing. Wanna know more? →

How long does a typical project take?

keyboard_arrow_down

It depends. (We know. Classic answer.) But most projects take 4-10 weeks. After our initial call, we’ll send you a clear timeline with milestones and deliverables, so you always know what’s coming next. And yes, if you need a logo yesterday, we’ll need a time machine.

4. Budget & Timeframe

How much does it cost to work with you?

keyboard_arrow_down

Each project is different, and a fixed price list would not be fair to the work or the individuals behind it. Your objectives, requirements, and timeline define the scope, which we base our proposal on. After discussing to find out what you're looking for, we'll send you a straightforward, no-surprises proposal detailing the work, timeline, and what it will cost. No secrets. Just clarity and alignment from the beginning. If you have a budget in mind, we'd love to know about it beforehand, it assists us in determining the ideal solution for your project. Let’s start with a call and go from there. Schedule a call →

Do you offer anything special for nonprofits?

keyboard_arrow_down

We understand that nonprofit teams often have to make magic happen on tight budgets, and we believe good design shouldn’t be out of reach because of that. We provide a flexible payment plan to help. To ease the financial burden, this plan divides the project costs into six monthly installments. In order to facilitate support, we can also modify proposals for certain organizations to align with particular grant funding schedules. We occasionally accept reduced-rate or pro bono projects. But we save these for missions that fit our current capacity and are highly consistent with our values. Please contact us if you believe we would be a good fit and your work is truly making a difference. We would love to talk about how we can collaborate while honoring both your mission and maintaining our sustainability.

5. For Brands that do Good

How do you approach branding for B-Corps / impact-driven companies?

keyboard_arrow_down

We start with your mission, not just your market. Purpose-led branding is about clarity, trust, and emotional connection. We help you express your values through design that’s accessible, honest, and built to resonate with real people, and not just buyers. The entire process will be collaborative and, most importantly, effective.

Do you have experience working with impact-driven organizations?

keyboard_arrow_down

Yes, and we love it. We’ve worked with impact-driven teams and purpose-driven corporations that are committed to improving the world. We know how to convert complex missions into distinct, relevant visual identities, and we know how to maintain a balance between purpose and functionality. Note that some of our team members have internal experience at impact-driven brands, we also contribute personal insight. We are here to support in overcoming the obstacles, communication barriers, and internal alignment issues so you can move forward with clarity and newfound drive. Focus on doing good; we got the design part covered.

How do you approach sustainability in design?

keyboard_arrow_down

We avoid the buzzwords and focus on low-impact, intentional design choices. For physical items, we consider materials, waste, and reusability. For digital, we think about performance, accessibility, and long-term usefulness. In short: design that does its job without doing harm.

Which UN SDG does Orgcaos contribute to?

keyboard_arrow_down

Orgcaos contributes to several UN Sustainable Development Goals, primarily by helping purpose-driven organisations communicate clearly, grow sustainably, and operate accessibly. Our work aligns most closely with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). We also contribute indirectly to SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 16 (Strong Institutions) by working with organisations focused on environmental, social, and civic impact. By strengthening organisations doing meaningful work, we help extend their impact further.

Can you work with our internal comms or sustainability team?

keyboard_arrow_down

Absolutely. We love teaming up with the people behind the purpose, whether that’s your head of sustainability, internal comms lead, or the person who’s been quietly running the show from a spreadsheet no one else touches. We’ll collaborate closely to make sure the work feels aligned, on-brand, and deeply rooted in your mission. Just meaningful creative that everyone can stand behind.
