Orgcaos Blossoms. Summer 2025 Newsletter, vol 01.
What we’ve been shaping, thinking, and celebrating this season.

Summer’s here. Our screens are still glowing. And yes, we have dipped our feet in the water.
Hei there! Well, here is Orgcaos' very first newsletter. Your seasonal dose of good design, purpose-driven projects, and a little "behind the scenes" activity from our little corner of the web. Each season, we'll fill you in on what we've been making, who we've been collaborating with, and what we've been loving. Here's the lowdown on what we've been doing and what's on the horizon!
New Orgcaos web in the making!
We've been working behind the scenes on our new website. New words, new structure, and a bit of that Orgcaos glow-up. It's been months in the making (and re-making). Here’s an early glimpse just for you.
Going live this October.

Dust in Cyprus: Early Access
We’re quietly launching our first awareness project
Dust in Cyprus is a design-led, science-backed landing page that explores the growing impact of desert dust on public health. It started as a personal concern; members of our team were experiencing dust-related symptoms but found public information vague and disconnected. So we built the resource we wish we had.
In collaboration with environmental scientist Souzana Achilleos, PhD we translated the research into something visual, digestible, and (hopefully) helpful. The result is an open-access campaign that blends facts, illustrations, and interactive design made to inform, not panic.
We’re calling this a soft launch. We haven’t shared it widely yet (you're the first to see it live)
If something resonates, or If it makes you think, we're listening.

Project Highlights
Tallinn Pride 2025
We worked with Tallinn Pride to create a joyful visual identity built around vibrant, rainbow quilt-like shapes. This modular patchwork reflects diverse identities coming together into a united whole, where no heart is left behind. The interconnected forms speak of support, symmetry, and collective strength, while the soft edges bring in joy, openness, and a sense of safety.
Thank you Keio Soomelt and Eesti LGBT Ühing for the collaboration!

Stefanson - Laundry Curiosity Exhibition
Not-so-serious visual identity for someone seriously creative. Centered around a modular monogram and a bold color palette, the brand rolled out alongside Stefan Degen's solo exhibition, Laundry Curiosity.
Thank you Stefan Degen for this opportunity!

MA in Brand Experience
How do you brand a program that teaches branding? That was our challenge with Cyprus University of Technology’s new MA in Brand Experience Design. We created a visual identity that’s both academic and experimental, designed to spark curiosity, earn trust, and help the program stand out in a crowded creative education space.
"Our working experience with Orgcaos was highly satisfactory in alignment with professional standards in all aspects: creativity, originality, response, effectiveness and deadline restrictions.”
– Evripides Zantides, PhD

Accessibility is now the standard
We joined a useful webinar by Centre for Excellence in Universal Design (CEUD) on the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which officially came into effect on the 28th of June. The Act introduces binding accessibility requirements for digital products and services, from websites and mobile apps to e-commerce, e-books, banking, and transport systems. What everybody agreed was that this is not just a legal shift, but it’s a cultural one. Accessibility is reframed as a core design principle and not a technical add-on. For studios like Orgcaos, this reinforces the importance of inclusive design and the creative potential in making digital spaces usable for all. The session offered real tools, practical examples, and a strong reminder: designing ethically includes designing accessibly.

What if our biggest emissions aren’t ours?
We recently attended the Framework for Industry Transformation workshop by Creatives for Climate and it left us both inspired and a little unsettled (in the best way).
One takeaway? Serviced Emissions are the greenhouse gas emissions that creative studios indirectly enable through the clients we support and the stories we help tell. It’s a shift from asking how we work to asking who we work for and why.
At Orgcaos, we put people, planet, and ethics at the heart of how we pick projects. Not gonna lie, it's difficult, and it’s imperfect. Especially when you’re small and trying to balance purpose with practicality. But we feel we are on the good side.

You know, good things also happen
In a giant leap towards 2030 climate goals, China added a record 198 GW of solar and 46 GW of wind capacity between January and May 2025, surpassing the clean energy than many countries have in total. This amount of investment directly and massively supports the UN goals on clean energy (SDG 7), climate action (SDG 13), and sustainable infrastructure (SDG 9), lowering pollution and creating green jobs. With the world's largest emitter shifting into gear change, this creates real hope of global climate progress. (Read more)
